阐述国际法与国内法的一般理论以及世界各国在宪法中规定国际法在国内适用规则的立法实践,结合我国的实际情况,提出宜在我国宪法中规定国际法的适用规则。

This article expounds the general theory of the international law and that of the domestic law, elaborates the legislative practice of countries throughout the world in regulating the application rules of the international law in their Constitution, and, based on the practical situation in China, proposes that it be suitable to regulate rules of applying the international law in the Chinese Constitution.
