9. 11事件发生后,打击恐怖主义成为国际合作的一项重要内容,但目前国际反恐合作面临的最大问题就是反恐合作机制不健全,没有形成一套健全、稳定的合作体制。从这一现实出发,我国在开展国际反恐怖合作时,应当既保持高度重视,积极参与的姿态,同时又要始终坚持独立自主的原则,努力促进我国的反恐工作与国际接轨,从而不断增强我国的国际影响力。

After the Sept. 11^th Event, beating terrorism becomes an important content of the international cooperation. However, the biggest problem the international anti - terrorism cooperation faces is the lack of a regular and stable cooperation system. Based on such reality, while participating in the international anti - terrorism, China shotdd, on one hand, lay enough emphasis on and actively participate in the cooperation, and on the other hand, stick to the principle of acting independently, and put the anti - terrorism work China does together with that of the international world so as to keep strengthening the international influence of China.
