政治合法性是党的生命。加强党的建设,才有可能克服正在萌芽且有可能扩大的党的政治合法性危机。为此,以胡锦涛同志为核心的党中央特别注重党的建设,形成了以“三个代表”为主线,以政治建设、理论建设、思想建设、组织建设、队伍建设、作风建设、制度建设等为内容,以保持党员先进性教育为方式的党建系统工程。

The political legitimacy is the Party＇s life. The sprouting political legitimacy that might increase can be overcome only by strengthening the Party construction. So the Party central Committee under Comrade HU Jin-tao pays close attention to the Party construction and a systematic Party construction project has come into being with “Three R＇s” as her leading line; with either political, theoretical and ideological construction or organization, personnel, style and regulation constructions as its contents, with “keeping advanced” education as a practical way of carrying it out.
