信息时代公安文化建设面临新的任务,因而公安文化的物质文化必须实现信息化,行为文化必须实现行为观念的多重转变,精神文化必须强调以人为本,坚持科学理性,高扬法治精神和注重群体协作。在重视现代信息技术对公安文化建设的重要作用的同时,还必须防范其负面影响。

Chinese police culture should change a lot with the coming of the information era. The police material equipment should achieve informatizaton as soon as possible. The methods of police behaviors should be remodeled to adapt to the need of the information era. Police culture in the information era should also emphasize the spirit of humanity, scientific rationality, idea of modem law and team cooperation. In addition, the negative factors of information technology should not be neglected in the construction of police culture in the information era.
