摘要
21世纪的公安事业需要高素质的公安人才,教育创新是培养高素质公安人才的重要前提。本文从操作层面对其人才培养的理念与实践进行系统的理性分析,试图探究高素质公安人才的培养方略。
The public security cause in the 21 st century needs high quality public security officials. Innovation in education is an important premise to train high quality public security officials. With regard to the operational level, this article systematically and rationally analyzes the idea and practice about the education of talented public security officials, trying to investigate a plan of training high quality public security officials.
