On the issue of restraining power——From the theory of restraining the monarchical power in ancient China

任何权力都需要制约。在具有“君权至上，法自君出”传统的古代中国，君主权力问题也是中国古代的圣贤智士们所关注的一个热门问题，他们提出了一系列君权制约理论和君权转移理论，从中我们可以发现一些闪光的思想，同时还可以找到一些有助于我们今天构建和完善权力制约理论的可资借鉴之处。

All power must be restrained, in ancient China, where there was a tradition that “the monarchical power is supreme, and the law comes from the monarch”, the issue on the monarchical power was also a hot topic among the ancient sages and intellects, who has put forth a series of theories on restraining and transferring the monarchical power. From these theories, we can find some shining ideas that may be helpful for us to construct and improve the theory of restraining power.
