This article analyzes the process of the transmutation （including its form, content and reason） of the Constitution worldwide, and after revealing the common features of the transmutation of the Constitution worldwide, explores the special features of the transmutation of the Constitution in Asian countries and in China, trying to reveal the rules of transmutation and development of the Constitution and provide useful experiences for the construction of the democratic constitutionalism in China.
