论述了覆铜板的弯曲强度和弯曲弹性模量的测试原理和测试方法,并运用弯曲强度和弯曲弹性模量对应基材性能表现的模型分析方法,初步探讨了影响覆铜板的弯曲强度和弯曲弹性模量的因素,继而找出提高覆铜板的弯曲强度和弯曲弹性模量的方法,以改进覆铜板的性能。

This article investigates the test principle and the test method of the flexiral stress and the flexiral module of the Copper Clad Laminate,and does some research of the influence factor of those,and carries out the path of increasing the flexural stress and the flexural module to improve the performance of the the Copper Clad Laminate.
