摘要
提出了新的电沉积磷酸钙涂层的机理。认为在电沉积过程中,电子在电极/溶液界面交换,生成Ca2+的沉淀剂,沉淀剂与从络合物中离解出来的Ca2+在电极表面反应,并以金属基体表面为晶核生长点而生成磷酸钙涂层。新的机理能够解释实验事实。研究表明:如果能够选择出合适的络合剂,可直接电沉积得到单一的羟基磷灰石涂层。
A new mechanism different from other reported works was proposed. It is believed that precipitating agent (D), which is produced by the electron exehange at the interface between solution and electrode, and Ca^2+, which is released by the complex compound (CaL), react at surface of electrode. Then the Calcium phosphate coating is formed at the metal electrode surface with the metallic substrate as the growth points of crystalline grain. The mechanism could explain some experiment facts successfully. It reveals that the uniform hydroxyapatite could be electrodeposited directly in the electrolyte with a proper complex agent.
