摘要
目的:缓解分娩不适,缩短产程,减少可预防性难产。方法:运用循证护理程序。结果:枕横位得到有效矫正,疼痛及焦虑减轻,产程缩短。结论:产程观察与护理中运用循证护理程序可最大限度满足病人的需求,同时可促进产科临床护理的发展。
Objective： Theaim of this procedure are to relieve labor discomfort, to shorten total stage of labor and to decrease the rate of preventable difficult produce. Method： Applying evidence based nursing process. Result： It showed that this method effectively rectified oceipito transverse position and relieved pain and anxiety of labor. Conclusion： The study showed that the applieation of based nursing could greatly satisfy patients and stimulate the development of clinical obstetric nursing.
