摘要
目的:探讨喉气管狭窄的病因、诊断及防治。方法:回顾性分析我科1994年～2004年收治的45例喉气管狭窄患者的临床资料。结果:本组患者随访1～6年,40例拔管后均呼吸通畅,无误吸,无再狭窄,但嗓音依然沙哑。5例拔管失败,拔管率为88.9%。结论:“T”形硅胶管扩张治疗喉气管狭窄是一种简便可靠的方法,值得临床推广应用。
Objective： To investigate the cause, diagnosis and treatment of laryngotracheal stenosis. Methods： Forty - five patients with laryngotracheal stenosis were treated by silicon T tube from 1994 to 2004. There were 36 males and 9 females, whose age ranged from 8 to 64 years old. The clinical data of the patients was analysed retrospectively. Results： All tile patients were followed up for a period of 1 - 6 years after operation. Forty patients were successfully decannulated with good airway patency but showed hoarseness. The over- all decannulation rate was 88.9% （40/45）. There were 5 decannulation fairlures （11.1% ）. Conclusions： The method for treating laryngotracheal stenosis using silicon T tube was simple and reliable. It was recommended in selected cases.
