Cooperating of Non -tumor Technique in Surgical Treatment of Colorectal Cancer

目的:通过无瘤技术的配合,观察防止肿瘤细胞医源性扩散和局部种植的临床意义。方法:对116例进行大肠癌根治的手术过程采取无瘤技术配合。结果:近期效果满意,随访3个月至一年未发现有腹腔种植。结论:通过无瘤技术的配合,有效地防止了癌细胞的医源性扩散,对提高病人的5年生存率将有重要的临床意义。

Objective： Observe the clinical significance of preventing iatrogenic tumor - cell spreading and local seeding through the non- tumor technique cooperation. Methods： In 116 cases of radical resection for colorectal cancer, the non- tumor technique cooperation was carried out. Result： The short - time result was satisfactory and the abdomical cavity seeding had not been seen according to the regular visit within three months to one year. Conclusion： Iatrogenic spreading of tumor- cells had been prevented effectively by the non - tumor technique cooperation. And this was significant to increase the 5 - year survival rate from clinical treatment.
