摘要
目的:通过晚发性维生素K缺乏致颅内出血的CT表现,探讨CT检查对本病的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析23例婴儿晚发性维生素K缺乏致颅内出血的CT表现。结果:硬膜下血肿(SDH)15例,蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)13例,脑实质出血9例,脑室出血4例。结论:CT检查可确定颅内出血的部位、范围,较易排除与本病混淆的疾病,是诊断晚发性维生素K缺乏症并发颅内出血的重要检查方法之一。
Objective: To investigate the significance of fundings from CT scan in diagnosing intracranial hemorrhage caused by delayed vitamin K deficiency. Method: The findings of CT scan in 23 infants with intracranial hemorrhage caused by delayed vitamin K deficiency were analyzed retrospectively. Result: Of the 23 cases, 15 had Subdural hematoma, 13 had Subarachnoid hemorrhage, 9 had hemorrhage of brain parenchyma, and 4 had ventricular hemorrhage. Conclusion: CT scan could be used to determine the location and extent of intracranial hemorrhage, to eliminate other diseases that might be confused with it, and it is the important choice for examination in diagnosing delayed vitamin K deficiency complicated with intracranial hemorrhage.
