赖诺普利与非洛地平临床疗效对比

The Clinical Coparable Study of the Therapeutic Effects of Lisinopril Capsules vs.Felodipine

目的:评价赖诺普利(益迈欧)与非洛地平(波依啶)对高血压患者血压、血脂及心功能的影响。方法:采用随机分组,将205例高血压病患者分为赖诺普利与非洛地平组,分别观察降压疗效,调节血脂,降低血糖和血尿酸的作用,对心功能的改善情况及不良反应。结果:治疗后两组血压均有明显降低,赖诺普利对心率无影响,非洛地平有加快心率的作用,但无统计学差异。赖诺普利对调节血脂、降低血糖、血尿酸、改善心功能等方面优于非洛地平组。用药后两组均无明显的不良反应。结论:赖诺普利与非洛地平均有降低血压,调节血脂,降低血糖和血尿酸,改善心功能作用,两药合用效更佳。

Objective： To coparable observe the therapeutic effects of lisinopril and felodipin on blood pressure and heart function with hypentension patients. Methods： 205 hypertension patients were divided into lisinopril group and felodipine group randomly. Results： Both groups of medications showed significant effect on blood pressure reducing. No effect on heart beat with felodipine while lisinopril may effect the heart beat, no statistical difference were observed. As for reducing sugar blood, extended release felodipine may be much better than that with felodipine tablets. No side effects were showed in both therapeutic groups. Conclusion： lisinopril and felodipine extended release both possess blood pressure reducing effects, lowering blood sugar, and improving heart function, lisinopril may be better than felodipine extended release tablets.
