急性冠脉综合征患者发病率季节变异分析

Seasonal Variation in the Prevalence of Acute Coronary Syndrome Patients in Meta-analyze

目的:就急性冠脉综合征患者6年发病率的四季构成差异进行了探讨。方法:回顾了成都地区两所医院6年间共1452例急性冠脉综合征患者发病率的四季平均构成比,并进行了汇总分析。结果:急性冠脉综合征患者发病率确实存在季节差异,均表现为冬达峰期夏抵低谷。结论:急性冠脉综合征发病率皆存在冬高夏低的季节变异。

Objective： To research whether the seasonal variation of the incidence of acute coronary syndrome patients in four seasons for 6 years. Methods： In retrospective to meta - analyse the all a 1452 patients of the incidence of acute coronary syndrome in the two hospitals of the Chengdu region for the different season of every year during a 6 - year period. Results ： The incidence of acute coronary syndrome patients to really exist the season difference, all expressing for in the winter peak and summer trough. Conclusions： The incidence rates of acute coronary syndrome to all exist the season variation of low summer and high winter.
