摘要 目的:探讨急性百草枯中毒患者血清淀粉酶变化的临床意义及与短期预后的关系。方法:动态测定94例急性百草枯口服中毒患者血清淀粉酶的浓度,根据短期死亡情况比较死亡组和存活组血清淀粉酶水平,对两组结果进行统计学分析。结果:急性百草枯中毒短期死亡组血清淀粉酶浓度显著高于存活组。结论:血清淀粉酶是急性百草枯中毒短期预后的一项重要指标。
