我国城镇居民水产品消费影响因素分析

Analysis on the Factors Affecting the Consumption of Aquatic Products in the Urban Areas of China

本文通过建立城镇居民水产品消费的双对数需求模型,考察了居民收入水平、水产品自身价格和相关商品价格对水产品需求量的影响.模型结果表明,影响城镇居民水产品消费的因素主要是居民人均收入水平和水产品价格,且前者与水产品人均消费量呈正相关,后者与水产品人均消费量呈负相关.

On the basis of double-logarithm demand model with regard to the consumption of aquatic products in the urban areas of China, this paper studies the effects on the demand of aquatic products of income, aquatic product self-price and product substituted price. It is indicated by the modeling result that the main factors affecting the consumption of aquatic products are income and aquatic product self-price. Additionally, the average consumption of aquatic products is positively influenced by income while negatively influenced by aquatic product self-price.
