Significant Influences Caused by Two-words Revision——The New Revision on Fisheries Law of the PRC in Respect of Fisheries Administrative Licensing

为能够对接新颁布实施的《行政许可法》2,004年全国人大常委会对《渔业法》做了两个字的修改,尽管修改幅度很小,却有深刻的修改原因,同时这次修改对于转变我国渔业行政许可理念、加速渔业科技推广速度具有重要意义。

In an attempt to adopt the newly effective Law of the PRC on Administrative Licensing, the Standing Committee of the National People＇s Congress made the revision on two words of the Fisheries Law of the PRC in 2004. Although the revision is minor, the reasoning is profound. In the meanwhile, this revision also has essential influences on changing the traditional ideas on fisheries administrative licensing as well as speeding the promotion on fisheries technology.
