摘要 传统的空气压缩机多数采用加、卸载供气控制方式,不仅供气压力不稳定,而且使空气压缩机的负荷状态频繁地变换,造成经济损失。以参数模糊自整定PID控制器为基础,以单片机为控制核心构成闭环变频调速系统,是对传统空气压缩机的改进。 Traditional air compressors mostly supply air by means of loading and unloading. This control method not only causes atmospheric pressure to be unstable but also makes the load state of the air compressor frequently vary, thus causing the economic losses. This paper introduces the method which, based on fuzzy parameter self-adjusted PID controller, utilizing a single-chip processor as the core of the control system to make up the closed-loop Variable Frequency Speed Regulation (VFSR) System, transforms the traditional air compressors.
