毛刺是冲裁加工过程中产生的常见毛刺,严重影响产品的质量和零件的使用,甚至危害生产,根据毛刺产生的机理介绍两种可使冲裁件实现无毛刺冲裁的加工方法。

Spews are common spews produced in the gouging process, which seriously influence the quality of products and the use of parts and even endanger production. According to the mechanical principle of spew production, two process methods for realizing spew-free gouging are introduced.
