“三从一大”训练原则在竞技体育不同项群训练中应用的理论与实践探究 被引量:7

摘要 阐述了“三从一大”从20世纪60年代初提出至今的40年中,其科学内涵从“训练方针”、“训练思想”到“训练原则”不断演变历程;演绎出各项目在运动训练实践过程中,曾经产生几大误区;结合不同项群的制胜规律与运动训练实践分别探析了各项群“从严”、“从难”、“从实战”和“大运动量”训练的科学内涵要点。 We elaborated the evolvement of connotation of “Three Requirements and Heavy Load” from “The Policy of Training”, “The Thought of Training” to “The Principle of Training” in 40 years from which was put forward up to now at the beginning of the 1960s; We found some misapprehensions to “Three requirements and heavy load” in the training process of different Event-groups. According to the laws of winning of different Event-groups and training practice, we analyzed points of that different Event-groups carry out the principle of training that should be hard, strict, geared to the needs of actual combat and carried out with heavy load in training process.
