高水平女子铁饼运动员运动素质的研究

Research on The Sport Quality of The Advanced Woman Discus Thrower

运用文献法、调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,对13名我国健将级女子铁饼运动员的运动素质情况进行了研究,结果表明:①专项投掷速度对女子铁饼运动员专项成绩的影响最大,它对专项成绩的贡献率为56.58%。②对女子铁饼运动员专项投掷速度影响最大的是下肢爆发力,其次是躯干力量,下肢最大力量的影响相对较小;③专项投掷速度与下肢爆发力呈高度正相关、与躯干力量呈中度正相关、与下肢最大力量呈中度负相关。

The paper do some research on the sport quality which affect the advanced woman discus thrower with the methods ： documentation , questionnaire investigation, mathematical statistics. The result show that ： （1） Specific throwing speed makes the biggest influence to the player＇ s achievements , the ratio can reach 56.58%. （2） The most important element that affects the specific throwing speed is the lower limbs explosive force , then the body force and last lower limbs maximum force. （3） The lower limbs explosive force has the highest positive contact to the specific throwing speed. The body force has a medium positive contact to the specific throwing speed. The lower limbs have a medium negative contact to the specific throwing speed.
