细胞周期素B_1在大肠癌中的表达及意义

Overexpression of cyclin B_1 and its significance in colorectal carcinoma

目的为探讨细胞周期素B1(cyclin B1)在大肠癌中的表达、临床意义。方法收集80例手术切除的大肠癌标本,同时取距癌灶5cm以外的癌旁组织及10cm以外的正常组织,采用免疫组化SP法检测癌组织、癌旁组织及正常组织中cyclinB1的表达。结果80例标本癌组织中cyclin B1过表达率为55.0%;癌旁组织为2.5%;正常大肠组织中未见cyclin B1过表达,癌组织中cyclin B1的过表达率与正常组织及癌旁组织有显著性差异(P<0.01)。cyclin B1的过表达与患者年龄、肿瘤大小、组织学类型之间存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论cyclin B1的过表达可能是大肠癌发生的早期事件,针对抑制cyclin B1表达的措施可能成为治疗早期大肠癌的重要手段之一。

Objective To investigate the expression of cyclinBl and its clinical significance in colorectal carcinoma. Methods 80 specimens surgically resected from patients with colorectal carcinoma were collected. Then the expression of cyclin Bl in colorectal carcinoma, para - carcinoma and normal tissue were detected by SP immunohistochemical method. Results The positive rates of cyclin Bl overexpression in colorectal carcinoma, paracarcinoma and nomal tissue were 55.0%, 2.5 % and 0% respectively. There was significant difference of cyclinB1＇s overexpression between the colorectal carcinoma and nomal tissue or between the colorectal carcinoma and the colorectal pericacinoma （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Overexpression of cyclin Bl was correlated with patient＇ s age, diameter of carcinoma, differentiated degree（ P 〈 0. 05）. Condusion Overexpression of cyclin Bl occurs in the early stage of colorectal carcinomatous change and suppression of overexpression of the cyclin Bl may be an important method for the therapy in the early stage of colorectal carcinoma.
