摘要
本文通过泉州地区某单位控制楼的基础方案变更的实例,阐述不同型式的基础按变形协调原理共同工作的设计方法。原设计挖孔桩因渗水过大,孔壁稳定等原因无法实现。修改方案由柱下交梁基础、已成挖孔桩护壁侧阻与锚杆静压桩共同承担荷载。在变形协调的条件下,只需各承载构件引起的土体变形均控制在一定界限内,则总的沉降就一定能控制在该界限内。已建成的工程沉降观测结果较好地证实了这种设计处理方法的正确性。
Taking the change of foundation design about a certain building in Chuanzhou district as an example, this paper discusses the designing method which different types of foundations work commonly according to the principle of deformation coordination. The original project can't be put into use because of the seepage of the orifice pile,the stability of the orifice wall, etc. In the revised project, loads are carried by the cross beam foundation under the column,the formed resistance of the guard wall in the orifice pile and the mooring pile. Under the circumstance of the deformation coordination. if the settlement caused by each load-carrying structural member is limited within a certain limit,then the total settlement would be limited within it. This designing method has been proved correct by the observing results about the settlement of the building which has been completed.
