关于高校学分制收费问题的探讨

学分制作为一种新型的教学管理制度,由于具有人性化、灵活性和公平性等特点而得到国内高校的广泛认同,成为我国高校管理改革的趋势。如何合理地实行学分制收费,也就成为目前学分制改革必须合理解决的课题,其中关键面又较敏感的问题是学分制学费的定价模式以及相应具备的基础条件,需要进行科学的探讨与认真的试点。

The credit system is a type of new teaching management, which is widely accepted by most of the Chinese colleges and universities because of its characteristics of humanization, flexibility and fairness. It represents the trend of the reform in school management. Therefore it is necessary to scientifically solve the problem of how to gather mason tuition, more importantly, of how to fix the tuition and on what conditions it should be done.
