论我国刑事被害人诉讼权利的完善

Discussing the Perfection of the Penal Victims' Lawsuit Rights in Our Country

刑事被害人的诉讼权利问题愈来愈受到重视，我国《刑事诉讼法》虽然规定了刑事被害人的很多 诉讼权利，但也存在一些不足之处。本文从目前我国刑事被害人享有的诉讼权利，存在的问题及如何进行完 善三个方面进行了论述，以便为日后修改《刑事诉讼法》提供参考。

More and more importance is attached to the issue of the penal victims＇ lawsuit rights. Although there are a lot of lawsuit rights provided in our country＇ s Penal Lawsuit Law, some defects still expose. This article discusses the issue from three aspects, that is, the lawsuit rights possessed by the penal victims in our country at present and the defects as well as how to perfect it. With my purpose, it can give some reference to revising the Penal Lawsuit Law.
