摘要
以企业生命周期理论为基础,结合企业各个阶段的技术特征、市场特征、管理特征及风险性质, 科技型企业的生命周期可划分为种子期、初创期、成熟期、衰退期和死亡期。本文从科技创业者在科技型中小 企业不同生命周期阶段的作用和角色变化出发,分析和阐述了科技型中小企业在不同生命周期阶段人才需 求的特征。
Based on the theory of Corporation Lifecycle, from the view of the effect change and role transformarion of the technical background entrepreneur in each life scale, as well as the characters of the technology, market, management and risks, this paper analyses the HR demands of the Technology Based Firms as a time line of their lives.
