In modern system of social supervisory and control authorities, media have achieved the counter - control function to social administrative authorities through public power and mass communication media such as newspaper, magazine, broadcast, television and internet, etc.The media＇s supervision is exerting a distinctive influence with its advantages and characteristics of reflecting public opinions, having counter- control function, being open and prompt.
