诚信是人们进行社会活动、经济活动的重要基础,而目前个人诚信缺失正成为影响我国经济发展和社会进步的一大“顽症”,建构切实可行的个人诚信制度已是燃眉之急。我们可以从建立健全个人诚信档案制度、个人信用评估制度、个人失信惩罚制度等方面创建一整套个人诚信制度,并通过加强诚信立法、建立专门诚信管理机构、强化诚信教育等措施来确保个人诚信制度的落实。

While personal honesty lays the foundation for the economic and social activities, personal dishonesty hinders the economic development and social progress of our country. It is vital for establishing an available system of personal honesty. This essay puts forward suggestions such as perfecting personal records of honesty, starting up personal evaluation of honesty, punishing for dishonesty, etc. In order to ascertain all these measures, a special law and a special administrational organization for personal honesty should be set up.
