The idea of protecting human rights is the historical and traditional accumulation. It is a false way that we exclude tbe existent idea of value according to the exterior one. The existent rationality of it will be proved by putting forward and exerting the citizen admittance. We must comprebend freedom of migrating through questing for historical factors of current ideas, which may be promoted each otber in process.
