摘要
本文根据系统动态学的理论和方法，建立了城市住宅建设系统动态模型．该模型就象一个住宅政策的“实验室’，对城市管理者制定住宅中长期发展规划具有重要的使用价值．
Based on the theory and methods of system dynamics, a model of urban dwelling construction system is designed, which can be used as a lab of dwelling policy and has important practical value for urban managers to draw up the devoloping plans of dwellings.
