2004年国际篮球规则经修改有了较大的变化。改变的核心是围绕比赛的有利无利原则,以增加比赛的对抗程度,使比赛更加流畅和更具观赏性。规则的每一次修改都要求篮球裁判员深刻理解其实质,以把握比赛宣判的尺度。尤其是8秒钟规则和24秒钟规则的连续计算,既加快了比赛的节奏,也给比赛的战术组合和变化带来了新的要求,同时对裁判员的正确判断也提出了更高的要求。通过对新规则修改部分的分析,探讨对比赛带来的影响和裁判员如何提高其执裁能力。

Each rule modification required the basketball referee to understand its essence deeply to hold the yardstick of judgement in match. Especially the rule calculating in succession of 24 seconds of 8 seconds, namely accelerating the rhythm of the match, brought a new request with the change to the tactics of the match, and put forward a higher request to the referee＇ s correct judgement at the same time. With the analysis of the new revised rule, it probed into its effect on match and how to improve the ability of the referee＇ s judgement.
