摘要
以描述河道洪水运动的圣维南方程组为理论基础,用虚拟单元河段法提出了一种洪水演算中堰间调控的处理方法,用综合流量系数作为反映堰闸水流局部能量损失的模型率定参数.该方法既简便又有明确的物理概念,并在实际的洪水演算中得到了成功的应用.
In this paper, based on the St. Venant equations describing the channel flow in rivers, a flood routing method with weir-control considered is developed by means of the imaginary channel length. The method uses comprehensive flow coefficient as appraisal parameter showing the partial energy loss of weirs flow. It has been successfully applied in practice of flood routing.
