负载型TiO_2光催化剂的制备及其表征

摘要 通过溶胶-凝胶法,在玻璃基体上制备透明的TiO_2薄膜催化荆。采用TG-DTA、XRD、EDX、SEM 和AFM 等方法对薄膜的形成过程和结构进行测试.结果表明:制备的TiO_2溶胶-凝胶性能稳定,负载1~10次时TiO_2的负载量在1.51 ×10^(-5)g/cm^2~11.34×10^(-5)g/cm^2范围内,负载5次的薄膜铅笔硬度为4H、附着力为0级,500℃烧结1h 后薄膜中的TiO_2为锐钛矿结构,细颗粒分布均匀,并呈纳米级大小。 In this study, TiO2 thin films were prepared by Sol-Gel method using titanium tetraisopropoxide as precursor. The characteristics of TiO2 thin films was determined by TG-DTA, XRD, EDX, SEM and AFM. The results show that: The storage stability of the TiO2 sol-gel is good. TiO2 thin films on the glass prepared by dip-coating are lubricous, uniform, transparent. When the glass is coated from 1 to 10 times, TiO2 coated quantity is 1.51 × 10^-5g/cm^2~ 11.34 × 10^-5g/cm^2. The pencil hardness of the TiO2 film coated 5 times is 4H and the adhesion of it reachs 0 grade. TiO2 exhibits anatase structure when heat treatment is 500~C for 1 hour.
