当大学文化素质教育已越过了“认识阶段”而进入到“行动阶段”后,必然会面临如何处理民族传统文化现代化与西方外来文化本土化的棘手问题。本文根据文化发展与创新的内在规律,探讨了在大学通识教育中实现对古今中外文化会通超胜与综合创新的主要方式,以期走出大学通识教育的文化困境,促进民族文化创新和推动大学文化素质教育的进一步深化。

When the education of culture quality of university has been crossing the stage of knowing and entering the stage of action, it is necessary that it will face to the question of how to modernize the national tradition culture and transfer the western culture with the indigenous methods. In this article, based on the inherent laws of the development of culture and the innovation of culture, the major methods of how to realize the goal of innovation of culture by learning and synthesizing in the course of general education of universities are discussed, so that to overcome the difficulties on culture of general education, to promote the innovation of national culture, and to reform the general education of universities.
