以山东淄博市临淄城区为例，阐述了城市总体规划中土地定级的应用，讨论了城市中影响土地定级的因素，各因素作用于土地级别的程度，确定了评价模型，并分析了土地定级结果对城市总体规划的作用．

Depending on the analysis of a case study of Linzi city, Shandong Province, the paper expounds the application of land grading in the urban master plan, discusses the facts which affect the land grading and their degrees, defines the model and analyses the action on the urban master plan.
