DISCUSSION THE ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT ON THE SECOND PERIOD'S CONTROL WORKS OF GEOLOGICAL HAZARDS IN THREE GORGES RESERVOIR AREA

湖北省地质灾害防治中心在管理三峡库区省管二期重大地质灾害治理项目的过程中,以技术为支撑,规范运作,科学管理,在质量、进度、安全、投资控制上不断创新并取得的良好效果,为今后地灾治理项目的组织与管理起到借鉴作用。

This paper intends to introduce the successful experience of organization and management on control works of geological hazards,what Hubei Center Geological Hazards Control has got from the course of the second period＇s control works to Three Gorges reservoir area, such as, taking technique as to prop up, the norm operation, science management, It continuously creative the good result on the quantity, degree of progress, safety, the investment control. We want to put forward some good suggestion on organization and management on control works of geological hazards.
