摘要
法的概念是不确定的,不可能给法下永恒的定义。至今,我国法学教科书中法的定义都有不同程度的缺陷。应关注时代变迁的新态势,从法治需要给法重下定义。
The conception of law is uncertain. It cannot be defined permanently. We should pay attention to the requirement of the times so as to define law to meet its requirement on the basis of the definition given by the textbook.
