Research on Advanced Technology Legislation in Guangdong Province

广东高新技术的迅猛发展对广东的经济发展起着重要的推动作用。加入WTO对广东高新技术立法产生了深刻影响,广东高新技术立法应以促进广东本地经济发展为目标,充分发挥企业的主流主体作用,以知识产权保护为核心,以制度创新来促进广东经济结构的转型和广东经济的发展,同时要区分经济发达地区和经济欠发达地区在高新技术发展上的不同定位。

The dramatic development of advanced technology in Guangdong plays an important role in the economic growth of the province. WTO entry exerts profound influence on the legislation of advanced technology in Guangdong： it should aim at promoting provincial development, give full play to the leading role of enterprises, have intellectual property as the core and change the local economic structure by innovation of system. At the same time, developing regions and developed regions should be given different orientation in developing advanced technology.
