建立完善规范的绩效评估体系,对促进我国社会政治经济的协调发展 具有重要意义。然而,由于我国行政体制改革的整体滞后和地方管理工作的纷 繁复杂,许多地方政府的绩效评估工作依然因循计划管理的传统模式,导致了 经济粗放型增长、资源过度消耗、生态环境恶化等一系列问题。因此,按照科学 发展观的要求,改革政府绩效评估工作成为当务之急。

Excellent performance is the base of constructing and perfecting government image. Performance evaluation is a technical tool of measuring government＇s management level, function efficiency, output quality and efficacy. But out performance evaluation has something wrong, so we should construct it according to the scientific development view.
