随着我国全面推行素质教育,各教育机构开始更新教育观念,注重对学生自主学习能力的培养。阐述了自主学习的定义,分析了体育院校成人函授生自主学习的特点,并结合自主学习的目标、策略、手段,提出了培养其自主学习能力的方法。

With the profound implementation of character education in China, various educational institutions have renewed their educational concepts and put emphasis on the development of independent study capability of the students, Providing the definition of independent study and analysis of the features of independent studies carried out by the adult students of correspondence education in institutes of P.E. in China, this paper expounds how to develop the students＇ independent study capability under the guide of purposes, tactics and methods of independent study.
