高师体育专业与社会体育指导员的培养

P.E.spcecialty in normal universities and development of social sports instructors

主要采用文献资料法、专家访谈法,对目前我国社会体育指导员的现状进行分析研究,提出高等师范院校体育专业在培养社会体育指导员方面具有很大的优势。因此,要充分发挥其优势,以适应全民健身的需要,并对体育专业的教学进行一系列的改革;同时,还提出了应构建新的课程体系,以便尽快培养出高水平的社会体育指导员。

Through document reference and expert interviews, this paper analyses the current situation of social sports instructors in China and indicates the great advantages of P. E. specialty in normal universities in developing social sports instructors. Thus, teaching reform should be carried out in the P.E. specialty and the appropriate course system should be established for the development of social sports instructors.
