摘要
21世纪初，中国卫生服务系统的改革和发展面临困境，受到个社会的关注。本文从国家卫生服务系统发展的历史沿革出发，试图解释系统发展的动力机制，分析人群健康与系统发展的内在联系。
At the beginning of 21st, the reform and development of national health delivery system （HDS） were found in a predicament and drew the attention of all. The paper firstly review the history of HDS, then try to explain the developing dynamic mechanism and analyze the initial relation between population health and system development, in order to find out the proper point of further reform and development of HDS.
