摘要 随着医疗行业的市场化,在市场经济条件下,面对改革竞争的新形式,中型医院如何适应新的环境,深化医院改革,探索医院的发展新思路,是医院的管理者必须考虑的问题。在复杂的医院竞争中,中型医院要提升自已的竞争力,必须建立完善的业务链和市场链。本文首先结合目前我国医院的竞争现状,分析了中型医院构建业务链与市场链的必要性,进而列举中型医院由于规模限制、人才缺乏、品牌建立对构建业务链与市场链的影响因素。提出了中型医院可以围绕重点业务、核心业务和外围业务构成合理的业务层次,通过健全的转诊制度构造完整业务链,并遵循着综合发展、专科特色、社区服务来建立市场链,将医院外部竞争环境转移到医院内部来,使医院的一切活动成为流程管理。文章的最后对业务链、市场链构建模式的整合作出相关探讨。 With marketization of medical industry and new form of reform, how to adjust to new environment, deepen hospital reform and explore ways of development are the problems that all the hospital managers must consider. To improve the competitiveness, medium -sized hospital must set up business chain and market chain. Combining with current situation in competition this text puts forward that constructing the business chain and market chain is necessary. Then it lists some effected reasons, such as scale limit, the lack of talented person, the brand establishment. The medium - sized hospital should construct the business chain involving key service, core service and periphery service, construct market chain following the principles of development all - around, especial development of special and community medical serving. Make all management to flow manages by shifting exterior competition to interior. At last, the text discuss the construction combining business chain with market chain.
