摘要
海上远程医疗会诊是远程会诊技术在特殊条件下的应用，对于提高舰艇远航训练和出访任务卫勤保障能力，提高边防海岛地区卫勤保障水平，具有现实的意义。我们通过设计海上远程医疗的网络体系结构和通讯链路，搭建会诊系统、确定会诊项目、确定医疗诊断设备和对信息化设备的选型、通讯信道的选择和编制软件等方面研究，建立起一套适用于我海军舰艇部队的海上远程医疗会诊系统。
Maritime tele - consultation is the application of tele - consultation technology under special circumstances, which has practical implications not only to enhance medical support for vessel long - distance cruise training and outing, but also to improve medical support capability of borderland and island. A tele - consultation system specially designed for navy vessel has been successfully developed by carrying out such research as designs of network structure and communication chain of maritime tele - consultation, constructing tele - consultation system platform, identifying tele - consultation items and equipments, choice of medical information equipments, communication channel and software programming,
