摘要
医疗数据包括病人基本数据、入出转数据、电子病历、诊疗数据、医学影像数据、医学管理、经济数据，它们围绕着病人这个中心，成为了医疗信息的主要来源。医疗数据质量的影响表现在医疗数据的实时、近期和远期应用，首先影响医疗信息系统的日常医疗事务处理和病人的诊疗工作，其次影响对信息提取、决策分析支持等一系列后续软件的应用，以及进一步对医学科研工作、数据仓库和数据挖掘，甚至对国家疾病控制、医疗政策的影响。
Medical data include patients information data, admission, discharge and transfer （ADT） data, comput- er- based patient records （CPR）, diagnosis and treatment data, medical image data, medical management and economic data. Quality of Medical data will affect the application in real time, near future or long term. First of all, the daily affairs management and treating of patients will be affected directly. Secondly, it may influence the application of following software and system which are used to get information and decision support. The third , it will make impact on medical research, data warehouse and data mining, even national disease control and medical policies.
