党中央、各级人民政府下大力整顿食品流通市场,食品卫生安全,越来越受到人们的关注。如何建立一种长效、有力的管理和监督保障机制,成为关注的焦点,学校是人口高度密集的场所,学生的健康是头等大事,因此,学校对食品卫生安全问题必须警钟长鸣。

Building a well - off society in an all - round way has an important aim of building a harmonious socialist society and establishing a study oriented society. In order to achieve this aim, it is a must to develop continuing education energetically and to establish a lifelong learning system. On the base of the analysis of the features of study oriented society, the paper discusses the requirement and influence which comes from the construction of study oriented society to the development of continuing education, analyzes the countermeasure and questions which restrict current development of continuing education. The relationship between the construction of a harmonious socialist society and the construction of a study oriented society is expounded in this paper.
