当前我国推行职业资格证书制度已取得一定效果,也存在一系列的困惑。为此必须采取相应措施,制定一系列政策,调动职业教育机构、求职者和用工单位的积极性,共同加速推进这一制度的实施。

Nowadays the system of vocational qualification certificate has obtained some results in our country. At the same time some puzzlement existed. Therefore some measurements should be taken, a series of policies should be made and the enthusiasm among the vocational education organization, the job seeker and the employing units should be mobilized so as to promote the implementation of this system.
