高职职业指导是指贯穿于高职教育全过程的以帮助学生规划职业生涯、为就业做准备和在任职中求得发展的职业教育过程。构建高职职业指导新模式是高职发展的必然趋势,是改进完善现有体制下高职职业指导模式缺陷的一个重要内容。

New education system of vocational education refers to the transition from three-year system to two - year system. Career guidance in higher vocational institutes is one of the processes of vocational education, its purpose is to help students design their career, prepare for employment and develop in occupation. Firstly, the article puts forward the necessity of rebuilding career guidance pattern of higher vocational institutes, namely, necessity of preparing ahead of time - two- year system is the trend of the development of higher vocational education, necessity of improving-the limitation of present career guidance pattern of higher vocational institutes. Then, the article puts forward the principles, ideas, tasks and teaching patterns of the new career guidance pattern of higher vocational institutes.
