摘要
阐述和探讨建立“零缺陷”管理模式。通过研究建立预防性管理模式、建立过程控制体系、建立“零缺。”的执行标准等三方面,指导企业开展零缺陷管理。
Building enterprise management system of “zero defect” consists of preventing pattern,controlling process syetem and emplement standard.This paper expounds and discusses how to build the management system of “Zero defect”so as to guide the enterprise to exercise the management of “zero defect”.
